My Grandma passed away some time ago but my parents still have her car and take really good care of it.

This is a photo I took of my dad a few months ago while visiting my parents in California. He is always working on something, in this photo he is changing the oil on my Grandma’s car. She passed away years ago but my parents still have her car and take really good care of it. It wasn’t until recently that I noticed how similar I am to my parents as I’m getting older. I’ve obviously spent a lot of time with them but I never photographed them until recently. This is the first roll of a new project that I want to continue working on — it’s the first time I’ve taken photos that are this personal and I am surprised how much I liked the outcome.

Zrobiłem to zdjęcie mojemu tacie, kiedy odwiedzałam rodziców w Kaliforni. To pierwsza rolka z projektu, nad którym pracuję.
