SAM DEARDEN
Na zdjęciu jest moja siostra. Sfotografowałem ją podczas wielkanocnej przerwy świątecznej. Zdjęcie jest początkiem cyklu o życiu na przedmieściach. Seria jest dla mnie refleksją na temat życia na obrzeżach południowej części Anglii i tożsamości, która się tam formuje.
Sam Dearden – ur. w 1992 roku. Ukończył Arts University w Bournemouth. Był finalistą Highligh New Talent, British Airways w 2015 roku. Brał udział w zbiorowej wystawie A24 Group Show i Cathexis Grand Show w 2014 roku. Mieszka w południowym Londynie.
On returning home during the school Easter break I shot this photograph of my sister, at this point it still remains as a starting point for a series centred around the suburban experience. The work (so far) is a reflection on growing up in a suburb in the south of England, and how identity is formed in a place so commonly accepted as being vastly homogenous
Sam Dearden– was born in 1992. He has graduated from Arts University at Bournemouth. He was a finalist for Highlife new talent, British Airways in 2015 and was a part of A24 Group Show and Cathexis Grand Show in 2014. He is a photographer based in South East London.
